Jobs Description

Purpose of the role: To assist the head of Chinese Channel in achieving distribution, sales volume and market share target in the assigned territory. Job Description: - To review monthly sales call & routing of the SR to enhance effective coverage, thus improving the service & distribution. - To verifying & update the respective SR outlet database on a quarterly basis - To ensure that all retail outlets within the assigned territory are well stocked with company’s products. - To assist SR & distributors in solving trade issues - To participate together with the SR in negotiation of sponsorship with outlets. - To manage the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets. - To assist the BP team in the deployment of Beer Promoters effectively. - To guide, train & motivate the SR under their charge - To continuously review the sales performance of the SR & distributor under their charge - To maximize sales within the outlets through quality merchandising resulting in increased awareness & perfect serve. - To assist in implementing promotional activities as assigned. - To ensure that all merchandising & POSM adhere to guidelines as per the Trade Marketing Toolkit. - To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. - To ensure that all claims complied with company policy. - To ensure all marketing activities, including competitors are reported in a timely manner. - To Review the allocation & type of POSM of SR to outlets to ensure trade marketing guidelines are adhered to.

Jobs Requirement

Education and Work Experiences: - Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent - Preferably with 3 years sales experience with other FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies Leadership Expectations: - Ability to connect and build trust through authentically empathy and logic - Ability to shape the future by thinking big and setting a clear strategy - Ability to develop, grow and motivate our people - Ability to set and deliver against ambitious targets by raising the bar and taking ownership for results - Ability to lead by example, promoting and role modelling the company Behaviors in everything we do Technical Skills: - Good interpersonal skills - Management knowledge - Problem-solving skills - Good leadership skills - Negotiation and persuasive skills - Ability to work irregular hours - Possess valid driving license Language Requirement: - English: Good Command in written and spoken - Chinese (Mandarin): is a plus
