- Managing organizational sales by developing business plan that covers sales, revenue expense controls. - Meeting planned sales goals. - Setting individual sales targets the sales team. - Overseeing activities performance, the sales team. - The ongoing training your salespeople. - Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling services knowledge education. - Build promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering them understanding needs. - Tracking sales goals daily, monthly yearly reporting results necessary.

- Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields. - Minimum 3-5 years experiences in sale and Marketing for Freight Forwarding or Logistics field. - Good English communication and writing (if additional Chinese language is priority. - Computer literate. - Able to achieve targeted monthly income set by the company. - Able to do Sale Planning ahead (Initial 3 months). - Possesses management skills to be able to lead the sale team. - Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
