- Handle daily documentation for import and export shipment - Coordinate with oversea partners and customers - Other task which assigned by management - Monitoring operation properly - Respond and follow up email with agent and customs - Control on process transportation - Update status of all shipment to customer by phone or e-mail - Update schedule to buyer and agent - Update and check rate with Shipping line, Air Line to customers - Handle and prepare shipping document for export shipment (FCL, LCL) both sea and air for customs clearance process - Booking shipment both LCL, FCL to shipping line and Air Line - Draft BL to customer and summit shipping instruction to carrier

- Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields. - Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Company. - Good English communication and writing (if additional Chinese language is priority). - Computer Literate. - Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfill obligations. - Be honest and ethical. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadline - Ms. Office (Word, Microsoft, Excel), Internet and E-mail
