- Managing architect/ finishing works at site to complete as deadline/ schedule - Give instructions to workers, sub-contractors and ensure sufficient manpower to meet deadline - Supervise and check quality of works and feedback accurately, arrange and coordinate with QA/QC - Contact with customer - Report customer need - Liaison with architect/draftsman related with the drawing, check drawing in advance to avoid problems - Coordinating with Purchaser to ensure material arrived construction site on time - Strongly understanding to architectural details, architectural method of works and sequences of works - Complete work on time - Produce and report progress of works to Site Manager/ Construction Manager - Performs any other duties as assigned
