** ABOUT THE ROLE The Field Collection Officer will be mostly responsible for all bad debt or late payment from the customer by taking fast action, finding a solution, and checking the roots of the problem. He/she would inform directly to Supervisor and Manager. - Handles and manages all the loan collection - Deals and meets with customers directly for compensating the payment - Contacts closely with local authorities by solving the problem in order to speed up the procedure - Negotiates and finalizes with the lessee for customers who are difficult to pay - Manages and controls the master list of late payment - Conducts and checks the home investigation by strategic and effective action - Manages and controls the daily, weekly, and monthly collection lessee’s schedule - Facilitates and prepares the monthly collection report and action plan - Creates and makes the daily & monthly collection performance report - Provides strong support to other related departments - Performs other duties as assigned by management.

- Pursuing/Graduated Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, or other related fields. - At least 1-year experience in bad debt recovery or loan collection - Understanding in MFIs, Banking, and/or Financial Leasing Company is a plus - Be able to communicate in English is a plus - Be honest, teamwork and good communication skill. - Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email).
