- Designing and updating our recruiting procedures (i.e. Job application process, interview process up till onboarding). - Keep track of our recruitment metrics (i.e. Time to hire, cost to hire). - Perform 1st interviews for programmer independently and take them to our main office for 2nd interviews. - Organize and participate in Cambodian university campus recruitment events. - 2~3 days need to work in Chrey Thom, Kandal Province, 2~3 days work in Phnom Penh per week. Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Sat) Public Holidays are given off days. Welfare: - Food and Accommodation when work in Chrey Thom. - Transport to and from PP to our main office in Chrey Thom

- Be fluent in Khmer with strong understanding of Khmer culture - Be fluent in English language both written and spoken. - Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour laws. - Experience with conducting phone and in-person interviews. - Ability to speak in Chinese language is a plus. * Something need to know - We got 3 months probation
