Job Description • Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale. • Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. • Cold calling to arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for our product condominium building • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries. • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potentials market • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. • Organizing events and product exhibitions. • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. • Checking the quantities of units on display and in executive condominium • Recording sale and order information and sending copies to the sale office, or entering figures into a computer system. • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers upon condominium price list. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance. • Can travelling to some provinces & go on site to find customer.

Requirement: • Bachelor degree at Sale & Marketing or relevant filed • Experience at Sale & Marketing at least 2 Years • Can speak, and writing in English (Can speak Chinese is a plus) • Can use computer with word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email. • Good character and honestly • Good Communication Skill • Productions/ Productive • High responsibility • Able to work As a Team Working Hour/day: • 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch break) • Monday to Saturday (Full) Other Benefit • Insurance : Infinitive Insurance • Medical Claim : $160/year • Annual leave : Yes • Sick leave : Yes • Commission : Yes • Public holiday (Followed by Labour law)
