• Maintain VP’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conferences etc. • Attend general meetings and take minutes • Works closely and effectively with VP to report the overall matter related to the task assigned by recording and following up with the pending matters • Coordinate with various departments to collect all the information as assigned by VP. • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) • Performed other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • At least 1 years of working experience as an assistant • Excellent command of English Language speaking, reading, listening and writing. • Ability to use Chinese and Vietnamese is an advantage • Hard working is must • Ability to deal with different group of people to reach targets • Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint….) • Strong communication skill: open clear, structured and straight forward • Strong presentation skill. • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
