Review all receipts, bills, invoices, other supporting documents, staff business trip and travel expense, staff advance & clearances to ensure compliance of the accounting principles record, finance policy and guidelines, as well as an audit compliance; o Book keeping all transaction to accounting system, and documentation for proof all of transaction o A/R & A/P aging report o Petty cash control in/out & re-imbursement reporting o Assistant supervisor for Bank Reconcile o Assistant supervisor for tax preparation & declaration (This includes VAT, Salary Tax, Withholding Tax, Profit Tax and others) o Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of invoice, collection, payment, sales report, cash book, petty cash & stock report o Reconcile the actual cash amount with total cash balances recorded in the book o Assist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close o Perform and ensure document are properly filed and managed o Other tasks assigned by Manager
