• Coordinate with the Managing Director in regard to the overall design drawings from different fields. • Supervise quality of design drawings closely and provide constructive feedback on the design drawings when liaising with external design, production or printing companies. • Generate good creative ideas and ensure things are in order. • Follow up on the schedule strictly to ensure the smooth completion of the project. • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior. • Contribute to the company by accomplishing results when needed. • Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

• Speaks good English and able to communicate well with others. • Possess a Bachelor degree in the architectural field. • Have excellent analytical skills, creativity, and flexibility. • Diligent, pays attention to detail, and able to produce results within deadline given. • Good interpersonal, organization, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
