 LLB or equivalent in related field  Fluent in Khmer and English. Good knowledge in other languages such as French, Chinese or Japanese is an asset  Good knowledge and understanding of legal and business environment  Prior experience in corporate law or in similar field is preferable  Good computer and communication skills  Possess the following qualities: - Attention to details -Be open minded and deal calmly and effectively in taught deadline - Good analytical and critical thinking skills and use of logic to address work-related issues and problems - Excellent attendance, reliable, and responsible - Willing to personally take on responsibilities and challenges - Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
