 Assisting clients with tax compliance  Liaising and dealing with tax officials  Traveling to provincial tax branches as assigned by supervisor/lawyers  Conducting research on various tax laws and regulations  Keeping informed and up-to-date of laws, regulations, economic and legal news  Translating legal and other related documents assigned by supervisor/lawyers  Drafting/updating templates and working tools assigned by supervisor/lawyers as the case maybe  Performing other secretarial, substantive and administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisor/lawyers from time to time.

 Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting, Economics or equivalent in related field, or certificate of completion (tax agent exam)  1 or 2 years working experience in tax field or prior experience with business law / accounting firm is a plus  Basic knowledge and understanding of tax consulting business environment  Fluent in both Khmer and English. Good knowledge in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus  Good communication and computer skills  Ability to handle pressure and work in a team  Possess the following qualities:  Attention to details  Be open minded and deal calmly and effectively in tight deadline  Willing to personally take on responsibilities and challenges  Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
