Jobs Description

- Lead, develop and coach a growing team of HR Personnel - To understand both the Country & Company’s cultures and labour laws and practices governing the local country employment act. - To establish and maintain good working rapport with the local country Workers Representative on industrial relations so as to ensure smooth working relationship and cooperation from both workers and their Representative - Responsible for the delivery of a leading employee experience through effective HR strategies and partnerships - Provide outstanding support for the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (on boarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding) --Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business - Based on data and insights, develop and drive tactics to improve the experience people have working at IAIG - Support local payroll for assignments and secondments - Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed - Be the primary point of contact for all employees in our respective country office with respect to HR matters - Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather insights and routing their questions to the correct partners - Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions  - Manage and facilitate organizational design, survey action planning, visioning, and team building that support change and growth  - Provide expert HR advice to employees & managers on IAIG policy and procedures - Ownership for the both the process and manager & employee experience for all Leave of Absences, transfers and the voluntary terminations - Source and recruit talent in a highly competitive talent market and achieve strategic hiring goals. - Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates. - Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent. - Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management. - Analyze and benchmark market data to assess competitiveness of compensation programs - Handle all day to day immigration related issues, partnering with external partners, internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel for document processing of nonimmigrant visas and work permits, immigrant applications, permanent residency sponsorship, and travel/visa stamping renewals, as well as other tasks needed to support immigration and work permit programs - Maintain and update immigration and relocation toolkits as directed - Find ways to improve how we work, and not just incremental improvements but also dramatic “moon shots” that can change how we do business. - Manages, maintains, and revises HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance, enhance the workplace and promote the company culture. - Develop a deep understanding of the candidate’s leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role. - Think of out of the box ways to excite, engage and inform employees across the globe - Maintain a global mindset Internal Communications - Be a key player in designing the future of internal communications --Build and execute on highly innovative, internal communications strategies and messages that engage IAIG employees across the globe - Define internal communication best practices to help us better reach and engage our employees - Improve upon existing communication channels and practices - Manage complex, unanticipated and fast-moving communications challenges as a thought leader and trusted internal consultant - As the communications lead for a business and function(s), provide communications consulting, both strategic and tactical, partnering with leaders on all internal facing communication to build out thoughtful plans to support their initiatives Strategic Planning & Leadership - Develop effective strategy for the HR team, adapting to our changing needs as we scale our business and team - Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to managers and leaders of the organization  - Act as project manager for major HR initiatives, integrating diversity of perspectives into design and delivery approaches - Continuously evaluate effectiveness of compensation programs, innovating and recommending changes to maximize the effectiveness of our investment in total rewards  Design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation outcomes  Helps develop an Employee Relations (ER) framework, including strategies and proposals to drive continuously improving ER practices within the organization based on trust, mutual respect, strong performance management, and accountability in support of the goals of the organization. - Designs and implements a comprehensive communications strategy to promote ER best practices throug out the organization. Case Management - Takes the lead in addressing employee issues, complaints, and investigations working in partnership with other Human Resources, Legal, and other compliance related teams. - Ensures cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently, in a timely fashion, and in line with Company culture, policies, and appropriate local laws. - Provides oversight to or personally leads employee relations investigations, making recommendations on appropriate courses of action, matching investigation strategy to the complexity, risk, sensitivity, and confidentiality of the investigation - Counsels HR and business leaders on ER issues, trends and risks to foster sound business decisions. - Review and refresh training offerings depending on company needs and external regulations. - Advises HR leaders on how to handle more serious and complex disciplinary matters. - Advises HR and business leaders on complex matters that may require investigation. - Handle and advise on a caseload of complex ER investigations matters, such as: Agency complaints, retaliation, harassment, discrimination - Develop, socialize and rollout ER processes, approaches, guidelines, practices and operating procedures -Ensure that optimal decisions are made by leaders, Talent Partners and other stakeholders through influencing, coaching, and by providing technical expertise and sound strategy - Drive ER efforts that support HR and business initiatives - Develop and conduct training to leaders, managers, employees, Talent Partners and other stakeholders - Maintain an organized case management system; Ability to run analytics and metrics and produce dashboards - Collect, analyze, interpret and make recommendations on ER related data - Set and execute against the ER strategy

Jobs Requirement

- 5+ years Human Resources experience - People Management experience including building, leading, and evolving performing teams - Strategic thought leadership, stakeholder management, change management and collaborate across the organization - Project management capabilities and experience identifying and building scaled solutions for continuous improvement and the streamlining of processes to deliver operational best practice and an exceptional employee experience - Exceptional employee service skills/focus and the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy - Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action - Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, agile environment - Ability to operate a high level while managing ambiguity - Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Demonstrated project management/change management experience - Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience - Consulting, coaching and facilitation experience - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously - Experience helping global organizations scale - Knowledge of the technology or Internet business - Familiarity with regulations and the HR landscape in Country of Hire. - Ability to handle sensitive matters - Exercise sound judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action - Experience working with or in support of diverse communities - Ability to work independently being remotely managed. - Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction on a day to day basis. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience in the design, development and implementation of compensation programs - Payroll and accounting experience - Understanding of Financial compliance requirements - Excellent oral
