• Achieve operational and business defined by the management • Manage and monitor the compliance of operating guidelines • Monitor cluster sales performance and explain variances • Track factors that contribute to higher or lower sales of various outlets • Work with under‐performing outlets to improve sales • Design and carry out pilot programs with selected outlets to enhance sales • Sales tracking due to policy changes, new programs or events • Handle exceptional cases and service issues • Training New agents/ Partners

• Bachelor in the field of marketing or related field • Fluently in English language for speaking and writing • At least 2‐3 years of working experiences in selling relative products/services • Be positive attitude, honest, patient and can working independent • Must be very good at problem solving, negotiating and result‐oriented • Excellent computer literacy for Microsoft office
