Role and Responsibility: • Work independently and corporately with business line in recruitment process including pre-recruitment, screening, scheduling, interviewing, reference check, and background and employment verification before rolling out offers • Maintain and Manage a list of all the referrals and staff filling and other necessary documents • Handle and complete headcount requested strictly due deadline • Assist in creating recruitment strategy and budget planning • Represent company branding • Support with administrative tasks • Other task assigned by line manager
