1.Job Purpose/គោលបំណងនៃការងារ៖ collaboration with the food and beverage management team and HR team. Develop training session that specific & identified operational needs within F&B. Complete post Training evaluation on training delivered in the business to ensure that training is effective and meets the training objectives and Standard expected សហការជាមួយក្រុមគ្រប់គ្រផ្នែកអាហារនិងភេសជ្ជៈនិងផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្ស។ បង្កើតវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដែលជាក់លាក់និងបានកំណត់តាមតម្រូវការប្រតិបត្ដិក្នុង F&B ។ បញ្ចប់ការវាយតំលៃការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដែលបានផ្តល់ជូននៅក្នុងអាជីវកម្មដើម្បីធានាថាការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពនិងត្រូវតាមគោលដៅបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិងទទួលបានតាមការរំពឹងទុក/ 2.Key Accountabilities -Drive to be effective training depending on and upon business needs: -F&B colleague Induction/orientation -F&B product knowledge. -F&B service Sequence -F&B attitude and etiquette. -LQA standards. -Technical training like soft skill or hard skill -Drive compliance in the business unit with HR processes related to training and development to ensure that our standard is consistent and is adopting best practice wherever identified. -Complete an annual Training and development needs analysis in F&B department to ensure that the training needs of the F&B department are identified. -Produce an annual, quarterly and monthly training plan for the F&B department to ensure that identified Training and development needs are met in a structured and systematic manner. -Work in with the food and beverage management team and T&D team for more. -Complete an annual evaluation of training delivered in F&B to evaluate the execution of the Training and Development plan and ensure the plan was effective and met the needs of the company business. -Implement the Departmental Training Review Process in F&B to ensure that the effectiveness of departmental training and Trainers is systematically monitored. -Regularly meet, coach, support and motivate departmental trainers from F&B to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments. -Provides Management information regarding client satisfaction and activities of competition -Communicate information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the business is kept up to date about training and development activities. -Maintain training records and files. -Keep up Quality Charter. -Manage the use of the Learning Management System to ensure training nominations, and attendance tracking is carried out effectively. -Monitor the use of all training materials to ensure they comply with company standards (i.e.: training handouts, presentation, etc.) -Represent the Training Team and the business unit at internal and external meetings/ workshops when authorized by Superior/management of F&B. -Monitors Hotspot training on a timely basis and follows up with departments to ensure targets are completely met 3.Key Result Areas -Customer’s Satisfaction -Team Spirits of the employees -Training cost management is under well-balanced -Average training course’s per/weekly -LQA High percentage ensuring -Quality & Efficiency of company’s labour

Jobs Requirement

4. Qualification -Minimum 6 years of working experience for hotel/restaurants and at least 2 year in level of management Training for F&B field -Reasonable Appearance -Bachelor degree in hospitality or in equivalent -Good command in English communication, if more Chinese is much appreciated -Basic Microsoft Office & able to use email/internet -Strong leadership with managerial talent, able to coach and motivate all staff -Excellent organisational and training skills with specific timeframe -Honest, hardworking, flexible, highly responsible and able to work as team & independently -Customer service oriented
