Job Description Scope: •Liaise with other department concerns on sales promotion program for assigned sectors when necessary •To generate revenue, maximize the restaurant’s market share for food and beverage division through aggressive sales •To promote a positive image of the restaurant in the community and abroad •To promote the image of the restaurant in order to create opportunity this will contribute to the profitability of the hotel •To ensure a high awareness of the hotel’s activities in the public’s mind •To pay particular attention to be solution of specific sales problem and priorities agree PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES •Leads the Sales and Marketing Function, including overseeing the sales team. This includes interviewing, hiring, supervising and developing all direct reports. Developing, reporting, and updating of plans for sales team members in timely manner. •Develops the annual marketing plan, prepares update to the plan, reviews and updates action plans. Prepare specific action plans and related budgets for achieving sales targets. •Manage budgeting/financial process including revenue goals. •Responsible for contract development and maintenance. •Analyzes past sales data, project future opportunities and a keen understanding of the fundamental of Revenue Management. •Direct the development and implementation of business plans, service level agreements, policies and procedures. •Represents hotel at various tradeshows and other business events. •Maintain high profile within the travel industry and foster relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, airlines and other company.

Job Requirements •At least BA degree in Tourism field with Basic Marketing and Sale. •Both is preferred, Age between 18-35 •Minimum 1 years’ experience in above field or in similar position. •Written and spoken proficiency in Khmer and English or Chinese will be advantaged. •Able to work under pressure and work as a team. •Computer literate - Microsoft word, Excel and Power point. •Self-motivated to achieve high quality standard of food and beverage management. •Strong interpersonal and high standard of customer service. •Have good references as a leader that confident in leadership qualities •Knowledge of the restaurant's facilities, layout and service standard.
