1. Job Purpose/គោលបំណងនៃការងារ៖ “Food Runner” will be running the food and beverage and other cutlery and wares from the check-out point to the right Customer in the most timely manner. “អ្នកលើកអាហារ” មានកាតព្វកិច្ចក្នុងការលើកម្ហូប/ភេសជ្ជៈ ហើយនឹងបញ្ជូនសំភារះប្រើប្រាស់ផ្សេងៗពី កន្លែងចេញសំភារះ យកទៅបំរើអតិថិជន អោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវតាមអតិថិជន និងទាន់ពេលវេលាល្អបំផុត។ 2.Key Accountabilities/តួនាទីផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនសំខាន់ៗ៖ -Confirm the station of the food/beverage to be run -បញ្ជាក់អំពីលេខតុ ឬលេខបន្ទប់អោយបានច្បាស់មុននឹងលើកអាហារចេញទៅ -Run the food and beverage to the right station -បញ្ជូនអាហារទៅកាន់តុ ឬបន្ទប់អោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ -Maintain the good hygiene of food/beverage on the way of delivery at all time -រក្សាអនាម័យអាហារអោយបានល្អ នៅពេលកំពុងលើកម្ហូប -Check for the hygiene of the food/beverage, plating placing to Guest -ពិនិត្យមើលអនាម័យអាហារអោយបានល្អ ការដាក់តាំងរបស់អាហារលើចាន/ក្នុងកែវ មុននឹងលើកដាក់លើតុជូនអតិថិជន -Confirm the food/beverage to the right Guest before serving -បញ្ជាក់អាហារអោយបានច្បាស់ ដើម្បីរកម្ចាស់អាហារដែលបានកុំម្ម៉ង់ មុននឹងលើកជូនអតិថិជន -Check & Refill the cutlery and other wares or equipment to service station upon request -ពិនិត្យ និងបញ្ជូនទៅបំពេញបន្ថែមនូវសំភារះប្រើប្រាស់ ឬឧបករណ៍ផ្សេងៗដែលអ្នកសេវាកម្ម ត្រូវការ -Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor, which leads to guest satisfaction -អនុវត្តការងារផ្សេងៗដែលប្រធានផ្នែកចាត់ចែងអោយធ្វើដើម្បីទទួលបានការពេញចិត្តអំពីភ្ញៀវ -Work closely with peer and line Supervisor in order to meet Guest’s need or handle their complaints -សហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយមិត្តរួមការងារ និងថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រងទាំងអស់ដើម្បីបំពេញតាមតំរូវការ របស់ភ្ញៀវ ឬដើម្បីដោះស្រាយនូវរាល់បញ្ហាផ្សេងៗដែលជួបប្រទះជាមួយភ្ញៀវ -Stay attentive to Guest’s need at all time -យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងស្មារតីខ្ពស់ នូវរាល់តំរូវការនានារបស់ភ្ញៀវ 3. Key Result Areas/លទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗដើម្បីវាស់វែងប្រសិទិ្ធភាពការងារ៖ -Customer Satisfaction/ការពេញចិត្តរបស់អតិថិជន -Food Hygiene & safety/អនាម័យ និងសុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារ -safe operation of serving equipment/ការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ និងសំភារះមានសុវត្ថិភាព
