** As Senior Architect Designer, your role is to meet overall project design schedule by developing architectural drawings, shop drawings, 3D models, etc. - Participate in pre-meeting with Project Manager and Construction Team - Perform Site visit and surveying before producing 3D models - Develop and propose concept design, including mood boards and other documents related to the design - Prepare and submit architect drawings and shop drawings. Amend them as needed - Prepare material list and arrange material board - Source and submit Finishing materials - Coordinate the internal design team for projects - Prepare and submit meeting minutes - File, organize drawings following project progress and stages - Liaise with Structural Designer, QS Team and/or external design consultants to produce drawings - Other tasks assigned by Head of Construction
