• Expected to support with filing company registration and local business licenses as required • Support with setup of financial ERP system • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition • Coordinate and be responsible for budget preparation and financial forecast preparation • Prepare and publish monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts • Facilitate LC credit line and working capital lines as required • Oversee treasury and cash flow, inventory cycle counts • Coordinate regulatory reporting alongside the company’s nominated auditors • Oversee month-end and year-end close process • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen financial controls • Ensure PO approval process is followed, using the ERP system

• +10 years of combined accounting and finance experience in manufacturing. Experience working for textile companies would also be a bonus • Experience working on financial statements and month-end/year-end close process, budgeting • Proficient user of accounting/business management software • University degree, preferably in accounting/finance-related fields • CPA or CMA preferred • Computer skills including word, excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong attention to details and ability to organize self and others • Self-directed with ability to problem solve. • Strong communication skills, able to clearly relate ideas and details to partners, customers, and internal team both verbally and in writing. • Fluent in written, oral English, and Chinese. • Understanding of other languages such as Chinese (Mandarin) would be a bonus.
