Installation Engineer • Using Optic Tools like Splicer Machine, OTDR, Power Testing • On site installation and maintenance for customer • Survey Cable running • Trouble shooting of fiber cable to the user and direct link line • Check all cable have problem on customer site • Available to travel to province • Other tasks assigned by line manager Support Engineer & Support Engineer (nigh shift) · Support customer on phone, Email, Instant messenger and site visit · Acknowledge Nagios alert and inform customer · Support customer walk in front office · Provide hotline, collect map and network diagram · Add monitor alert and monitor bandwidth · Monthly maintenance customer's connection · Escalate critical case to team leader · Follow instructions assigned by team leader and managements · Prepare daily report and submit to team leader

• Investigate fiber optic cable and splice • Run fiber optic cable and network cable • Willing to work hard and learn new things • Strong interpersonal Skills and ability to work under pressure • Bachelor Degree of IT or related field is required. • At least 2 years working experience in fiber optic run cable • Strong team working skills and good communication skill is a plus.
