Job Summary: This role is responsible for executing clear and efficient day to day agency operational processes at own region, but not limit to Compliance, On-Boarding, Off-Boarding, Maintenance of Contract, Stock Control, Office Management, Recruitment and Event Administrative tasks to achieve agency’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: •Executing operation procedures and processes to ensure the agency force is backed by a comprehensive back-end support such as sales force’s contract management and movements •Executing day to day agency operations, but not limit to On-Boarding, Off-Boarding and Maintenance of Contract •Ensuring that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing business operations •Ensuring office hygiene/tidiness and property management •Ensuring adherence to Agency policies and procedure at all time •Maintaining agents’ data •Performing contract briefing to LPs •Supply tracking reports and maintain master files •Ensuring all necessary equipment for new LPs onboard •Managing at own region on stock control and office management •Coordinating interviews with agent leaders •Acting as regional complaint, agent service, and technical/system champion •Working with Agency leaders to work on detail of event proposals which fit to business concept and strategy presenting proposals by deadline •Executing and organizing recruitment career seminars and road shows to create a conducive platform for Agent leaders to recruit •Administering as required for all bookings and event logistics •Managing all event operations/ Event Coordinator (preparing venue, invitations etc.) •Achieving and maintaining a high service satisfaction level regularly and systematically •Performing other duties as assigned by the management team

Jobs Requirement

•Strong communication skills •Ability to meet deadlines •Computer Literacy (Ms Office) •Calm, polite, and professional behavior •Reliable and self-motivated •General business knowledge •High service orientation •Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred •At least 2-3 years of operation experience •Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage •Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
