- Check and control working environment cleaning, light, air conditioner, printer, rubbish, etc - Checking monthly stationery stock - Prepare NSSF Insurance - Check employees daily attendance - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( attendance, leave, etc) - Assist in hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews. - Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on boarding - Manage and update attendance and leave record - Claim expenses - Assist and support work with other department - Other tasks assigned by Senior HR/Admin Executive and CAO * This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.
