Jobs Description

-Managing and overseeing the daily operations of finance department -Overseeing the team to manage all accounting related matters, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets register etc. -Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce accurate, reliable and timely financial reports or statements -Managing and reviewing financial budget plan and cash flow management -Serving as the reporting person to the board of directors -Dealing with all taxation related matters and tax officers -Acting as the main liaison to professional parties, such as banks and lawyers -Spearheading in development and implementation of new procedures, internal control system and features to enhance the workflow of the department, in order to enhance efficiency and accuracy -Overseeing the company’s documentary system -Handling project-based initiatives -Providing training to team regarding to accounting, taxation and finance knowledge -Other tasks assigned by the directors

Jobs Requirement

-Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related field is a must -Solid supervisory experience in full accounting functions; AP, AR and GL, and financial reporting & budgeting, and cash flow management in a similar position of a medium to large organization, preferable multi-national corporations. Preferably in property and garments industries. -Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, tax rules and regulations -Ambitious in developing the company as one’s self career growth -Well experienced in dealing with taxation matters in Cambodia and managing internal control system -Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (a must), Khmer and English -Possessing strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications, and accounting software such as Quickbook -Willing to learn the ERP system of property company and garment factory -Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills required -Strong time management and result-oriented.
