• Manage all delicatessen zone operation • Cooperate and working closely with Marketing Department for promotion • Analyzing sales and inventory data as weekly, monthly and yearly • Controlling daily stock movement and monitor purchasing with detailed product for delicatessen Zone • Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees operating standard • Maintains fruitful relationships with existing accounts and identifies new market segments in order to develop a potential clientele. • Report to line management regarding sales results and productivity • Ensure provide high quality of hygiene such as food, work areas • Design exceptional menus continuously make necessary improvements • Ensure employees grooming are appearance always be of the hygiene and highest standards. • Actively food sells and display techniques product ensuring that space is utilized to its best advantage and to maximize departmental profit. • Other duties will be assigned by Management

• University Degree or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline. • Experience as a Chef or similar role at least 3 years. • Good knowledge of Khmer and English in Speaking and Writing • Knowledge of basic computer skills excel, word, internet, Microsoft outlook. • Good communication and interpersonal skill. • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
