-Lead & manage Sales Team to achieve sales quota and targets set forth by the Department Head / CEO -Train & develop Sales Team with providing the Company’s direction & perspective -Identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients. -Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process -Collaborate with teams of Sales Support, Sales Service, Marketing, Technical and Finance to provide the necessary services / documents required and for ongoing customer satisfaction -Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, and seminar events -Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations

-Must be able to communication in Chinese for work purpose.
