1. Finding new location for opening new store 2. Negotiating with landlords for the best term & condition 3. Doing research and analyses for space building rental 4. Area inspection and searches for new business location 5. Analyzing the property market trend and prospect location 6. Visit perspective location 7. Provide daily, weekly report to General Manager of market trend status 8. Do report and conduct presentation to management for new potential location 9. Meet and build relationship with relevant partners 10. Other duties will be assigned by management

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline. • Minimum 3 years experiences in real estate • Excellent negotiations skill and honestly • Knowledge of process of leasing agreement • Understand of real estate market and trend • Good communication both Khmer & English • Attention to detail and good at presentation skill • Willing to learn new thing • Be able to work travel for searching new store location • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
