- Monitor overall network performance and troubleshooting any issues - To be ensure the network is running smooth 24/7 at TMP office - To be ensure all HW cost over 300$ was register to IT asset system - Ensure that the country office is fully legally compliant for all its software licenses - Manage and maintain software licenses - Provide information related to IT incident and IT service - Keep secure to all computer at TMP - Provide orientation training to users in proper use and best practices of IT - Other task assigned by manager.
