Key responsibilities - Follow up export/import principles: • Guarantee execution time of export/import when obtain valid documents. • Guarantee tally export/import product, as in number and category, properly as required • Monitor closely import product quality. Notify supervisor immediately when detect products’ quality does not guarantee as required. • Allocated to other departments related to export/import product • Guarantee Products are exported properly as export/import process - Organize and preserve goods • Follow regulations properly on arranging goods as well as warehouse diagram • Arrange, preserve goods logically, reasonably in order to avoid loss due to damage • Promptly report the risk of goods being lost or damaged • Make sure routine preparation and inventory is executed properly and periodically • Preserve quantity of goods to avoid loss. Take responsibility if loss happens - Documents and warehouse cleaning • Make sure to update the content of documents fully and immediately when import/export is executed. • Update data into system correctly and timely. Compare system with accounting department regularly or when requested by superior. • Update stored product in according with rule. • Clean the warehouse properly as superiors assigned. • Record and preserve documents properly in accord with rules - Other task as Warehouse Supervisor requested. Job purpose: - Make sure finished products export/import meet quality standards in accord with company’s rules about export/import process. - Make sure the accuracy of export/import data and provide required materials promptly meet the company’s manufacture needs.

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods • Good organisational and time management skills • Ability to lift heavy objects • Current forklift licence • High school degree
