• Manage operations staff such as F&B, Ticketing, Usher, Customer Care and Cleaner • Check in area cinema and hall tidy and neat as always • Make sure customer service and quality control meet the excellent levels • Check POSM if late, and pass to marketing team • Orientate the new hire about product knowledge • Maintain the company standard • Solve the staff/customer problem • Prepare operations staff roster in monthly • Daily Clear cash from cashier at night • Others task that assign by Cinema Manager

• Have experience related to customer service • Self-motivated and willing to learn • Honest and hard-working. • Possess good communication and personal skills. • Able to speak English • Can Speak Chinese is priority
