•Manage Gateway OPS, Clearance and NCG staff and process within the established standards and transit time. •Monitor ground handler and warehouse performance and complete all necessary reports. •Regularly coordinate equipment checks to initiate proactive maintenance in cases of potential failure. •Plan and manage the manning levels to attain productivity targets and to meet business requirements. •Evaluates procedures and methods to achieve optimum service and cost performance; participates in Gateway quality policy and initiatives. •Monitor operations to ensure service procedures and performance standards are met. •Enforce the shipment security measures and controls. •Identify training needs and career development opportunities to drive a high performance team. •Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
