Job Description - Mange and lead the team to hit the target of monthly, quarterly and yearly. - Recruit team to hit the requirement of company - Support the dealer to promoted the products and service in territory. - Set up the sales report to management as daily and monthly - Traveling to any area which by company or line manager - Jon and set up the marketing activities to promote. - Update the report into CRM system as daily task - Work Closely with any microfinance to support client from company or dealer. - work closely with dealer to build the brand and push/pull the sales to achieve the target. - To assist any requirements or complain form client or dealer. - Update and report about competition in the territory as daily and monthly or requirement. - Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager. - Other tasks are not limited to duty.
