Purpose of the role: Engineering Technicians will work independently and with other brewery personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. They will do troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Repair and maintain all equipment of production. - Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments. - Fabrication and modification of new and existing equipment. - Participates in plant safety, health and environmental, TPM programs. Job Description: - Implement safety procedure during daily activities. - Reporting Near Miss and unsafe condition. - Execute work order related to safety in the fastest time in line with the priority and procedure. - Improve team should be used. - Analyze the breakdown in daily base. - Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate and test a Brewery equipment & instrumentations - Troubleshoot all machines and process controller hardware, maintains a functional knowledge of the operation of the system software and hardware. - Make periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all machines and control systems. Diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate. - Read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing major repair work. - TPM Methodologies for Spare part management, Energy & water saving initiative - Implement Procedure, SOP & WI. - All standards produced and related to shop floor has to be trained to production technician. - Supervise progress & quality of work of contractors & packaging or brewing technician in conducting maintenance - Create reports on activities during shift / BD / repair / Overhaul - Analyze the report and give recommendation to superior for necessary actions for improvement. - Actively involved as member / leader in Team, 5S, CILT, RCFA, Single even, Machine board, DCS.
