Job Purposes: To manage, maintain and implement company computer network (LAN & WAN) and IT infrastructure related including: Servers, Printer, UPS, Data Storages, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless AP, IPBX, CCTV system and access control system. To provide helpdesk supports to supervisors and managers from low to high level management information system duties assigned. Job Description: 1. To manage, Maintain and implement company network environment - To manage, maintain and implement company computer network (LAN & WAN) and IT infrastructure related including: Servers, Printer, UPS, Data Storages, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless AP, IPBX, CCTV system and access control system. - Perform fine-tuning internet connection and bandwidth monitoring. - Administrator Exchange and Email Server to work smoothly. 2. Security, Data Protection, Backup and Disaster Recovery operation - Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware - Perform update Service pack, windows update/hotfixes and Antivirus definition regularly - Ensure CBL data is successful backup base on schedule. - Ensure Disaster recovery is successfully tested and keep the procedure up to date. 3. To provide dynamic technical support to IT users 4. Monitor the movements of computer and peripherals
