• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations • Concrete volume estimate on construction site before casting concrete • Quality control of concrete at construction following standard operation procedure • Making concrete sample test at construction site as per request • Coordinate with laboratory for collecting concrete sample test at site and when finish working and concrete sample test have age enough for transportation • Problem result in construction site and report to Concrete Plant Manager immediately • Coordinate with central for planning every day • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievance • Efficiency delivery planning • Provide operational report such as • Quality control and slump schedule to construction site every day • Concrete sample test at site report • To be responsible of any ad-hoc as assignments
