TARGET : 1- To ensure smooth technical operation within the set standards, procedures and work instruction. 2- To assist management in development of sample of new product, and other sewing operation technical. JOB RESPONSIBILITY : 1. Supporting & Making sample when required. 2. Make Process time reports for Manufacturing Engineer (ME). 3. Conduct qualification test when hiring new sewing operators. 4. Make operator skills evaluation reports. 5. Work with Mechanic or ME for tools and template development. 6. Provide new skill training to operators. 7. Lead team for line set up of new product. 8. Assist to PM for API or SOP reports. 9. Make programing for AMS machine when required. 10. Providing high quality sewing technical coaching to Line Supervisors and Operators. 11. Monthly OEE Report, Skill matrix update 12. Making work instruction English and Khmer, Line lay out 13. Others tasks assigned by Production Manager.

JOB QUALIFICATION : - Education / Knowledge: - Able to read & write Khmer language (if local employee). - English communication, - Able to use computer ( Word & Excel) - Knowledge of using folder for binding and templates. 1. Experiences: - At least 5 years experiences in bags manufacturing or related fields. 2. Skills & Requirements: - Good sewing skills in bags, shoes or garment manufacturing. - Good communication. - Honest and hard-working - Cooperation in team work - Clever and fast performance - Flexible and responsible person - Good house-keeping manner - Desire for continue learning
