- Undertake calculation and breakdown of quantities from project drawing and detail in Excel Files - Undertake calculation of material quantities required for each project works - Collect scope of project works done - Manage and check construction material quantity at site, keeps track of material quantity according to plan - Arrange documents for budgets claim, bills of quantities and other docs for project - Attend relevant meetings with construction department, consultants & contractors, etc. - Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

- Minimum Educational Level Required: Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree - Languages Required: English: Good in Construction Sector ** Other Requirements - Years of experience: 1 Year Experience with related work in construction - Excellence in using MS. Office (esp. MS.
