- Organize, arrange, and provide works to technical staffs and labors in each task clearly and efficiently - Analyze and consult with project manager and consultant for the construction plan and problem solution - Encourage and motivate staff and workers to complete the work on time efficiently - Review and revise weekly and monthly progress report of the project, including project costs and potential changes. - Provides technical support to Project Managers. - Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken in the project - Motivate working team to work hard and efficiently. - Assigning and handling work on site.

- Minimum Educational Level Required: Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering) or equivalent degree - Languages Required: English: Very Good in Construction Sector, ** Other Requirements - Minimum Years of experience: 3 Years with related work in construction - Good in using MS. Office (esp. MS.
