EHS • Always work with 5 lifesaving rules • Understand and apply process flow for working heights, hot work, confined space permit during work • Understand basic environmental and chemical safety handling • Key member for LOTO activities and involves any safety activities • Report any near miss and safety concern (personal KPI) Maintenance – • Fully understand maintenance KPI example OEE, B&D, WO completion and total maintenance cost within agreed target Technical scope • The Welder has primary responsibility is welding of stainless steel • Create quality welds according to standard • Inspect welds for accuracy and as hygenic consideration • Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel parts • Prepare list of consumable material and estimation of work with proper plan • Perform simple maintenance and repair as required on welding equipment • Support other function/task as per instruction • Involvement in overhaul activities included any repair • Follow work instruction (WI) & SOP within WO • Ensure that WO completion within time frame Quality • Understanding GMP, HACCP process and food safety risk • Apply toolbox hygiene standards and workshop area cleanliness • Support QC for quality activities Improvement and problem Solving • Ensures ideas improvement are captures following job completion • Participating in various maintenance improvement project based on Lean TPM • Involve in Lead TPM activities example 5S, PMS and problem solving, Gemba Kaizen • Support operator and maintenance for AM, PM and SMED activities

• Technical school with welding certification • Prefer at least 4-5 years of experience working with stainless steel welding • Position requires good ability to work stand alone and prepare materials as schedule • Willing to learn and drive for results • Good interpersonal skill, able to communicate, work together to all level and empowering people • Able to understand industrial manufacturing standard
