- Creating marketing campaigns and working with corporate partners (media companies) to maximize brand awareness. - Check or follow- through the marketing representative ‘s implementation of plans and achievement of the objectives. - Lead or develop team within and motivate people to take extra effort to deliver the company’s objectives. - Product marketing to build the brand equity and product profitability. - Closely monitor the sale team’s activities to ensure that all planned activities will be conducted. - Involve in setting sale target for the team, strongly cooperation and support team growth. - Lead marketing team to deliver the company objective and meet and exceed the set targets. - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, promotion techniques, etc. - Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers to increase our share in the market. - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, marketing recommendation to management. - Manage the quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the company’s policies and compliance procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned from the management team. - Ensure that sales plans are properly implemented. - Plan own activities to make strong sales, daily and weekly sales report. - Setting the appointment and maintain relation with clients. - Build strong relationship with existing and new customer. - Responsible for products presentation, and ensure full stocks maintained in all outlets within the assigned territory. - Perform quality Indoor and Outdoor branding, merchandising display within assigned territory. - Regular site visit to check on construction progress and produce detail. - Perform other duties as assigned from the management team.
