Ensures strategic and operational metrics affecting customer experience (CX) are tracked, Measured and analyzed to identify gaps and opportunities, recommending action points to acquire new customers or improve the customer’s interaction with the organization. Develop and use predictive modeling and machine-learning algorithms to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes. Builds and leverages on key tools (AI, machine learning, etc) and dashboards in collaboration with business units to ensure data-driven decision-making. Manage regular data ETL (extract, transform, load) function Constructing future proof data pipelines Visualizing and presenting results to stakeholders through PowerBI
