** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Action Verb – Object – Results) - Design and develop digital channel products that are driven by insights from user and market research - Plan and execute digital channel product campaigns that drive user engagement - Establish strategic product partnerships with ecosystem players and merchants to leverage on ecosystem value propositions - Conduct user and market research to understand market position in terms of customer needs, competitor products and pricing, and ecosystem value propositions - Own the digital channel product roadmap, backlog and user stories, which will be communicated with the technical team for implementation - Plan and deliver financials in terms of budget spending and revenue targets

** Requirements (Qualification/Experience/Skills) ** Formal Education: - Degree in finance, marketing, business or related field of study ** JOB REQUIREMENT - 5-10 years experience in product development, marketing, consulting, finance, management or entrepreneurship related positions - Experience in fintech or digital technology in banking is preferred - Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills - Creative ability with project management and analytical skills are highly desirable - Familiar with Agile and Design Thinking practices
