• Manage the all projects pertaining to construction, equipment installation in all service stations & consumer sites. Ensures compliance to company Standards, Safety, Procedures and local Regulations in a efficient and cost effective way. • Main Deliveries of the Job Holder are: Project Budget Follow up, Technical specification, standard, architectural drawing, technical drawing, scope of work, cost estimation, main equipments delivery, kick-off meeting, regular site meeting, site supervision, reports, hand-over and project file compilation. • Take into account the responsibility of Health, Safety and Environment. Safety Inspection, Reporting and Following up including the action plan has to be planned and implemented systematically. • Reports to Engineering Manager regularly the Status of his Projects. Manages and monitors his Projects regarding Time, Project Scope, Budget & Expenses and HSEQ. • Professionally coordination between Internal Departments (Operations, Retail, Consumer, Purchasing, Finance, HSEQ) and External (Officials, Contractors, Dealers, Dealers Contractors, Engineering Companies, Consultants, etc.) related to Technical, HSEQ & stakeholders management to ensure smooth progressing in order to meet the target timeline. • Provide conceptual design for new/remodeled service station including shop and other related business activities. • Prepare monthly progress payment with progress report, assets list and other supporting document to Finance. • Project Handover with proper documentation after completion to Dealer/Retail and the Engineering Maintenance Team

• Educational background: Architect or Civil Engineering Degree preferably with at Least 3 to 5-Years Experience in Building Construction • Skills: Good knowledge about both technical & architectural, MEP, safety requirement and Project Management • Knowledge: Good knowledge about both technical & architectural, MEP, safety requirement and Project Management & in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project and have valid Car Driving License • Language: Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills
