- Bachelor's degree of IT - At least 2 years working experience in IT sector - Knowledge of advanced concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software. - Knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Server and Networking - Task analysis and evaluating surveys and workshop results. - Using IT resources at an advanced level to create IT solutions, enabling organizations to better meet their goal. - Training staff: New technologies, products and solution - An ability to explain technical information to non-technical people - Excellent communications skills - Good negotiating skills and problem solving - Team-working and team management experience - Good project management skills - Good organization and problem-solving skills - Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults - Good time management - High-level communication skills. - Honest hard working - Strong commitment - Able to work under pressure and high responsibility - English proficiency is a must.
