1. Manage purchasing orders for incoming goods ( Internal and Supplier) 2. Verify invoice and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete 3. Ensure supplied stocks meet demand 4. Prevent overstocking and ordering 5. Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking 6. Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies 7. Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping 8. Track and ensure deliveries are received 9. Compile reports inventory and supply balances 10. Make note of damaged inventory 11. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data related with stock 12. Closing report weekly and month ( management report)

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus 2. Two (2) years’ experience as a stock controller, receiver, or related position 3. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Khmer and English ( Chinese is priorities) 5. Able to work night, weekends, extended hours, and holidays 6. Accurate and precise attention to detail 7. Able to analyze problems and strategist for better solutions 8. Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels 9. Understanding FIFO methods 10. Willing to learn new things 11. Work as a team 12. Have own transportation 13.
