Job Summary: Describe the purpose of the position. This should be a concise statement that sums up the role in one or two short sentences. The primary purpose of this position is to lead sale teams to increase sale volume, develop sales policy, set short and long-term sale strategies, evaluate sales status, and recommend solutions to improve customers satisfaction Job Description (Responsibilities): Use action words to describe what the position is expected to deliver and to whom it is accountable. • Doing sales activity plan, sales procedures, and all necessary paperwork to facilitate the sales process of the company. • Create budget plan, working plan, and implement • Lead/Manage and motivate the sale teams to achieve sales target of the company. • Offer advice and support the sale teams to close deals • Develop effective training programs for salespeople to improve their performance. • Schedule and conduct regular and extra-ordinary sales meetings, • Work with the marketing department to design and conduct effective marketing plans to boost sales. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Resolve disputes among salespeople as well customer complaints on sale issues. • Maintain compliance with all company policies. • Maintain/update report regularly to management and ensure the accuracy. • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Specification (Requirements): List the minimum qualifications: education, experience, knowledge, skills, and behaviors the applicant needs to possess and any special requirements of the job. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IR, Communication, or related field • At least 3-5-year experience in sales • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead teams to meet sale quotas • Excellent leadership skills • Experience setting sale goals • Result oriented with analytical skills • Computer literate, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Job Benefit • Salary range 800 USD – 1000USD • Bonus • Sell commission follow the agreement • Working Hours 8.00 Hrs. a day • Working day: 6 days a week (Sunday is holiday) • Traditional holiday follow company policy • Provide phone for call on duties • Annual party • Annual Trip
