- Engineering graduate or higher diploma in mechanical / electrical / production engineering - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory role in high speed manufacturing - Oversee mechanics schedules and job orders - Assign jobs to mechanics and create schedules to ensure that coverage for possible machine breakdowns is maintained at all times - Oversee the training of mechanics and evaluate work and performance - Inspect machinery installed and repaired by mechanics - Maintain logs of machine repair and maintenance, conduct job performance assessments and keep track of mechanic production - Ensure compliance with safety practices - Review the safety practices of mechanics and ensure that all employees are following company and standard safety guidelines - Design safety programs and conduct safety training - Service Supervisor - Estimates repair costs and makes sure that parts or services are completed in a timely manner. - Ensures that parts inventory matches vehicles in system, coordinates with parts person, and updates as necessary. - Maintains preventive maintenance records (hard copy and soft file) - Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time - Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers. - Educate customers on maintaining their vehicles free from troubles and problems. - Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs. - Perform other tasks as required by Management
