Job Purpose -SummarySite Manager is responsible to manage and control the daily operational activities; make sure the inhouse disciplinary and rule is adherence, the incumbent would also require tohave a good intercommunication skill with customer; adapt the change and make sure operation is feasible at all time of require. Key Responsibilities • Be familiar with the Warehouse Operations and all operational procedures • To direct shift Supervisors in the various duties and ensure that the work is completed within the required timescales and the quality standard determined by the customer, in accordance with Maersk methodology. • To support the implementation of Maersk Cambodia and/or client’s requirements/Project if any. • To support the implementation of process improvement aiming for cost savings and/or revenue enhancement for Maersk Cambodia. • Ensure all monthly / weekly / Daily reports required are updated and submitted on time. • Maintain good relationshipsand work pro-actively with the customer and all the counter-parts(both internal and external). To ensure that all Maersk Cambodia counter-partsunderstand our requirements and compliance. • Release weekly performance KPI of all supervisors, dispatchers and forklift drivers. • Ensure that all matters relating to staff discipline are accurately recorded. • Ensure that the Supervisor maintains safe work practices and all equipment are in good working order. • Full adherence to Maersk Cambodia’s Regulations and Policies / Directives • Establish a stable and competent team driving the WND activities Maersk Vietnam-Cambodia-Myanmar Classification: Internal • Maintain, enhance and implement WND processes and operational procedures. • Be responsible for HSSE and (CTPAT) compliance. Local Logistics Strategy • To work closely with the functional manager in the execution & achieving best customer service strategy • Contribution to training material to support HR function on training needs for staff retention and development • Reinforce APM group culture, values and representation. Commercial Support • Analyse the level of services provided to the customer • Provide Head of WND with data to assist in customer retention program.

We are looking for -Minimum Requirements: • 2-3 years experience in Warehousing • 2-3 years experience in leading and organizing one or several warehouses • 2-3 years experience in leading others • Fluency in English for both Writing and Speaking • Same level of fluency in local language a distinct advantage • Good computer literacy.
