• Report to CEO and GMs, based in HQ in Phnom Penh. • Develop relationship and manage within team members, hands-on approach, internal training. • Coordinates with Service Department, Sales Department, Body Shop, General Manager, sales representative to ensure effectiveness of the Branch operations. • Ensure financial targets (revenue, margins, etc.) are achieved. • Take responsibility for the sales budgeting and reporting in timely manner. • Maintains agreed profit margins and return on investment by selling the maximum amount of sales and parts. • Manages budgetary spending targets, discussing significant variations with GM and CEO • Manage Branch Operations • Ensure all Brands under RMA Group Cambodia are managed • Manage aftersales service and workshop • Make sure market share under its supervision are penetrated and grow • Reporting to relevant departments and other parties • Builds a winning team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating, and rewarding branch employees. • Ensure financial targets (revenue, margins, etc.) are achieved. • Take responsibility for the sales budgeting, ensuring ethical and group compliance and providing regular and timely sales reporting. • Maintains agreed profit margins and return on investment by selling the maximum amount of sales and parts. • Manages budgetary spending targets, discussing significant variations with GM and CEO • Departs from traditional ways of doing things as appropriate to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, loyalty and sales • Work with outsourced service centers, sub dealer and other coporate customer to understand about thire requirement to increase sales. • To visit each dealer or oursources • To do market visit regulary to understand about market need • Participates oversea meetings/training as per assign from management

• A bachelor degree is required, graduate in automotive engineering are preferable • Holding driveling license • Excellent English (written and spoken) • Proficiency in computer literacy. • Be excellent in leadership, management, and cooperation.
