- Manage garment quality for pre-production, top samples and production through regular factory visits - Proactively follow up knitting, linking, sewing products from market samples till bulk shipment - Closely monitor WIP, shipment booking & closing, and escalate potential delivery issues to Hong Kong cross functional teams - Able to follow up with customer - Strong collaboration with Hong Kong Sourcing, providing regular and timely updates - Ability to support Technical Design Team through communicating changes in tech packs to vendors - Maintain accurate and timely records in the system, e.g. ensure WIP is completed by vendors

- University Graduate or High Diploma holder in apparel/Textile - At least 3 years’ work experience in garment field preferably in sweater - Possess relevant experience in buying / sourcing office and familiar with US/Canada market requirements - Strong experience in woven/knit items sweater - Well-organized, and good communication skills - Good command of written and spoken English - Computer knowledge is required – Excel, Power Point and Word
